WEBSITE SERVICE PLAN:
Keystar Web Site Services shall change this site’s material specified by you within 72 hours notice by you, provided that Keystar Web Site Services receives updated text within the body of an email message (attaching any relevant picture as a .bmp, .jpg or .gif).
Keystar Web Site Services shall also list this site on the top 12 search engines, and perform maintenance on said site as instructed.
Payment:
As payment for the services listed above, Keystar shall receive a $200.00 start up fee plus $200.00 each month from you. Said start up fee and the first month's fee shall be payable before work begins. Further monthly fees will automatically be billed to your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account each month beginning one month after your initial order.
Keystar shall also be entitled to two weeks of vacation per calendar year with no forfeiture of any fees or portions of fees described within the previous paragraphs. Said vacation time may be taken in a single two week block or two one week blocks. You shall receive notification of vacation time 30 days prior to the first day of the vacation time.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of this contract shall require notification from the party initiating said cancellation 30 days prior to the termination of responsibilities defined by this document. During the 30 day period between notification of cancellation and execution of cancellation, both parties shall fulfill all agreed to duties defined by this document.
